National research organization collaborates on proposal development from widely dispersed research centers
Download PDF of Complete Case StudyKaiser Foundation Research Institute (KFRI), located in Oakland, California, is the central business office for the national research program at Kaiser Permanente. KFRI manages and submits research proposals from seven widely-distributed research centers ranging from Georgia to Hawaii. In November of 2006, Cayuse424 was adopted by KFRI for use by these seven centers.
The Kaiser Foundation Research Institute research centers are now able to collaborate with each operating unit easily and efficiently in the creation of primary proposals for themselves and sub-proposals for the other centers with Cayuse424. In addition, any changes in the sub-proposal budgets automatically flow to the prime proposal without intervention.
